By using ZARMAA’s services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Platform:

• You must be 18+ or have guardian permission.
• All information provided during sign-up must be accurate.
• You’re responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality.

2. Orders & Payments:

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
• ZARMAA reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or technical errors.

3. Returns & Warranty:

• Return and warranty eligibility is subject to seller/brand policies.
• To claim warranty:
  • Keep your original invoice.
  • Include warranty card if available.
  • Repairs handled by brand service centers.
  • Pickup & delivery (in select areas) may take up to 25 working days total.

4. Limitations:

• We are not liable for product misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
• Warranty doesn’t cover liquid damage, physical breakage, or software tampering.

5. Changes to T&Cs:

• ZARMAA may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
